Meet Jake
A founder who shows up
I am Jake Deitchler, a Minnesota native, husband, father, and former Olympic wrestler. My journey in this industry started as a sales representative, grew into leadership, and put me hands-on with residential and commercial projects from Minnesota to Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, doing retail work and storm restoration for hail, wind, and hurricanes.
I built Ultima on the same discipline and grit that took me to the Olympic stage. Too often, homeowners are left feeling uncertain, unheard, or unsure of who to trust. We set out to change that. Our mission is simple: serve our customers at the highest level, building on trust, transparency, and real relationships.
